Dogs and their owners can hit the mini golf course together when the Glen Ellyn Park District hosts Pup & Putt on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The event takes place at Holes & Knolls, the park district's mini golf facility inside Maryknoll Park at 845 Pershing Ave. The evening includes mini golf and doggie giveaways, according to the park district's Sept. 18 announcement on X.

Pup & Putt is open to ages 6 and up. Every dog must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.

Holes & Knolls details and pricing

The facility sits at the corner of Pershing Avenue and Route 53 in Glen Ellyn. It features two 18-hole mini golf courses, and one course is fully wheelchair accessible.

Regular admission at Holes & Knolls runs $8 for ages 14–59, $7 for children ages 3–13, $7 for seniors 60 and older, and $7 for military members with ID. Prices are the same for residents and nonresidents. Whether Pup & Putt carries separate event pricing has not been announced.

Season winding down

The 2026 Holes & Knolls season runs through Oct. 25, weather permitting. That means the Oct. 3 event lands about three weeks before the course closes for winter.

Glen Ellyn residents who want to squeeze in a round without a four-legged partner still have time. The course is open daily through the end of the season, and no reservations are needed for regular play.
